I've never actually done it, but I think it would damage the bud if you tried to take it off before it dried. That sounds like a wonderful idea. Shoots just to...I have lavender growing everywhere! Shoots just took off somehow,but I love it! I read in a nursing journal that lavendar can help with post op nausea. I am thinking about making some sachet's and put some lavender in them for patients. Have you ever heard of this type of rememdy? I assume with the lavender I can cut it, pull the leaves off,and put it in a sachet or should I dry them first?
