Getting Enough Sleep

The very first priority on my list was get enough sleep. As I've aged I get up sometimes a lot in the middle of the night for trips to the bathroom and in general I have a lot of restless nights.

I just don't function very well when I'm tired so I decided instead of having my alarm set to just let myself wake up naturally. So far I've waken at the most an hour later, but I do feel better, more rested and I think with more energy.

They say a good night sleep is very important to your health. I've tried many of the suggestions, like chamomile tea with varied success, so this is just a new twist I'm trying.
