This is the new bed I've been working on. It was a mud hole before so I wanted to put in the stepping stones to get to the faucet. Everything is pretty small right now but I have a small lilac that will get to about 3' and the one with the white flowers in front is a small version of bridal wreath, it only gets to 18".
I got it at the farmers market this year. The lilac I got last year on Tasha Tudor day. I used all perennials except the violas. I'm not sure about those. I hope to be able to take a photo again when things have filled in a bit. Now I want to tackle another bed that is looking kind of ratty, but I don't think I can afford to do it this year. I'd like to put roses in it.
