I've made Chicken Piccata before but I wanted to try this recipe because it uses almond flour and an egg wash. I liked that it is finished in the oven because you are less likely to burn it that way. It was really good. I served it with steamed green beans. The only changes I made in this recipe was to substitute chicken broth for the white wine and I added a little dash of the caper juice.
