Kale and Avocado



This is the Kale Avocado Pesto This was really good. I served it over spaghetti squash as she suggested. I used fresh garlic and it really toned down the kale.



I also made the baked kale chips this week and didn't like those, but I will try again with another type of kale. I also saw another recipe. It easy you just drizzle with olive oil and season and roast in a 350 over for 20 mins. In the other recipe I saw she broke her kale into smaller pieces which I think would make a difference.
