It always reminds me of the villages in Miss. Read's books, Fairacre and Thrush Green. For them Christmas was all about tradition, hand made gifts, favorite foods, Christmas carols and getting together with friends and family. It was simple.
As we prepare for Christmas with our gifts of love, remember it's not how much the gift cost, but how much love it's given with. That's what Christmas is really about, giving love.
