Baked Coconut Milk Custard



Here is a link. I used the recipe in the cookbook I've been posting about, but this recipe is much the same. I used coconut sugar instead of regular sugar, I would like it a little sweeter, so next time I think I will add a bit more sweetener. Coconut sugar isn't quite as sweet as regular sugar. I think you probably could use any custard recipe and just substitute the coconut milk. I'm finding out that the canned coconut milk gives a better taste and don't use the lite if you want it creamy. The book has a chocolate one I want to try next time.
