These are really good. I usually stay away from date on my low carb diet you have to be careful of dried fruit. I followed the recipe except I used the coconut palm sugar instead of the agava and I added an 1/8 c. of water. Also I used avocado oil instead of the grapeseed oil. I had some of my things in the past have a bitter taste and my dd said it could be the grapeseed oil so I've stopped using it. I used the avocado oil because it is healthy, can take high heat and is neutral in flavor. My only problem with these bars is going to be staying away from them.
