Apple Carrot Juice

2 apples
1 small knob of ginger (if you're not use to ginger start with a small piece, it can be hot) (now that I'm use to it I love the ginger)
I'm experimenting with the idea that if you have protein and fat with high carb it slows down the absorption. So I'm having a couple of eggs with my juice.
