Grilled Zucchini by Serious Eats

Another great veggie article by Serious Eats saw it on Pinterest. It's how to grill zucchini but has some great recipes for using it. I've been wanting to make a grilled veggie plate. I'm just juicing today, but tomorrow will give it a try.
