La Tartine Gourmande


I got this great French Cookbook, "La Tartine Gourmande" by Beatrice Peltre, out of the library. Her photos are beautiful and her recipes are very interesting. She has a great blog here.


I'd like to make her Marjoram-Flavored Ricotta and Zucchini Tart or Chocolate and Plum Almond Cake.
