Diet Update

I lost a couple of pounds this time. In this next phase I'm going to cut down on the dairy which is mainly cheese for me. I don't want to cut it out completely but cheese is my go to snack on this low carb diet and just like the nuts you can overdo a good thing.  I also am going to say no food of any kind after 7pm.

I've been trying to have salads, but on cold days they don't appeal so I'm going back to making some veggie soups to get more vegs.
