My son-in-law is doing Sparks. With the four of us trying to diet, it is difficult for me as the main cook to make the dishes low calorie and please all tastes. Who knew the daughter and SIL didn't like cooked carrots! And others will not eat ground turkey, even in a meat loaf. If only there were a pill that could replace supper!

Thank you for your nice comment on my blog, I sure do appreciate your prayers. I have not heard from them yet today, so I hope no news is good news.

I really like Spark People recipes. They are easy to figure the points I use for Weight Watchers. I have had really good luck with WW, maybe it's because for me, counting points is easier than counting calories.
