Coconut Flour Bread

I made this coconut flour bread today. Here is the link. It turned out pretty good. I think this is the best one I've made so far. Other things I've made with coconut flour I didn't care for, but this one was good. Like most of these products it's a tad dry, you usually need some butter or some kind of spread. I found that one baking day wasn't enough so I'm adding another one.
