So this week I'm doing Health Green Kitchens challenge to start using cultured foods. I'm going to try and make some coconut milk yogurt and I bought this kombucha drink in the photo. I may try her sauerkraut, I'm not sure. The other thing I thought of trying to make is coconut milk kefir or water kefir. I don't think I want to all these in one week but I do plan to try the yogurt. Another one I want to try later is cultured dill pickles.
