Pork Stir-Fry With Spring Veggies



I found this recipe on kitchn.com. I made it last night and it was delicious. The only changes I made were I used pork chops, cut up, left out sherry, used coconut palm sugar instead of brown sugar, used arrowroot instead of cornstarch and less ginger because I don't like too much fresh ginger.



This would also be good made with chicken or shrimp and of course you could use any veggie you like.
